Hal has more than 35 years of ESH experience with Lockheed Martin and some of its predecessor companies (Loral and IBM) with experience at three sites and two corporate staffs. For the past 4 years he has been manager of the Corporate Energy and Environmental Programs team which is part of the larger corporate Energy, Environment, Safety & Health staff.
